1. No Returns on Fresh Products

Chicken is a perishable and fresh food item, therefore returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Quality issues reported at the time of delivery

  • Product found spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery

⚠️ Complaints raised after delivery is completed and accepted may not be eligible for a refund.
